1. General Terms
Fees & Payments: All service fees are billed monthly and must be paid upfront. Initial research and strategy planning begin as soon as payment is received, meaning our service-based offerings are non-refundable.
Project Timeline: Our full setup process typically takes 3-5 weeks. The timeline is influenced by client response times and prompt delivery of required content.
Meetings: Regular meetings via Zoom or your preferred platform will be conducted to keep you updated on project progress and strategy adjustments.
2. Social Media Management
Scope of Service: The social media management fee covers a 30-day content calendar, which includes strategy planning, content creation, scheduling, and engagement. Only the first month includes an initial strategy phase to establish a strong foundation for your brand.
Results & Growth: Growth rates may vary based on factors like niche, target audience, and post frequency. While we aim to maximize reach and engagement, growth speed is not guaranteed as it depends on a variety of external factors.
Content Requirements: Timely and effective responses to requests for content, information, or approvals are essential for meeting timeline and quality goals is necessary.
3. Website Design
Design & Setup: The website design fee is a one-time charge that covers the design and setup of a custom, user-friendly website with features like secure integration, SSL certificates, e-commerce options, booking functionality, and professional email addresses.
Annual Fees: The initial setup includes a one-time website design fee, plus an annual fee for hosting, domain, and maintenance, billed upfront. This covers ongoing secure integration, daily backups, and other essential services to keep your website running smoothly.
Maintenance & SEO Management: Further website maintenance, SEO management, and additional features (e.g., blog management, backlinks, ongoing SEO optimization) are excluded from monthly social media management services and will incur additional fees based on project needs. Clients may choose the level of ongoing involvement they prefer; these services can be customized and will be negotiated after the website is designed.
Client Training: After setup, we’ll provide a learning session to guide you on accessing and managing your website to handle bookings and customer interactions independently.
4. Ad Campaigns
Platform Selection: Ad campaigns will be run on suitable platforms based on target audience and geographical area (e.g., Google and Facebook for local outreach). We select platforms carefully to ensure optimal reach and engagement.
Results & Optimization: Ad performance may vary based on audience behavior, competition, and ad placements. We continually monitor and optimize campaigns for the best possible outcomes.
Budgeting: Ad spend budgets are separate from management fees and are to be paid directly by the client to the advertising platform. the budget can be adjusted based on the client preferences and capacity.
5. Businesses and Brands We Do Not Work With
To maintain our professional standards, values, and ethical practices, PlanYu reserves the right to decline services to the following types of businesses, brands, or entities:
Deceptive Marketing Practices:
Exploitative Content:
Adult and Explicit Content:
Harmful Substances and Practices:
Gambling and Financial Misconduct:

If the brand or entity attempts to change, promote, or imply any of the subjects mentioned above during the course of our work or contract, PlanYu reserves the right to revoke the agreement immediately without issuing refunds for any work completed or services provided. PlanYu holds the right to evaluate potential clients on a case-by-case basis to ensure alignment with our values, mission, and professional standards. We appreciate your understanding in upholding these principles.
1. Notice of Cancellation
Clients must provide a written notice of cancellation at least 14 days before the start of the next content calendar cycle or ad campaign. This notice allows us to make necessary adjustments to the project timeline, planning, and resource allocation. If the required notice period is not met, a cancellation fee may be applied to cover any last-minute disruptions to our scheduling and strategy.
2. Partial Service Periods & Refunds
Due to the upfront nature of planning, research, and scheduling, there are no prorated refunds for partial service periods. Once the monthly service has begun, the full month’s fee is considered non-refundable, as all initial work starts immediately upon payment.
3. Client Interference & Responsibility
Any interference by the client in the design, functionality, or content of the website or social media accounts that results in delays, data loss, or decreased performance will be the client’s responsibility. Any time and resources spent resolving such issues will be billed additionally. The agency is not liable for any damages or disruptions caused by unauthorized client actions or third-party changes.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All assets created by the agency, including graphics, strategy documents, and content, remain the agency’s property until full payment for services is received. If the client cancels services or has outstanding payments, the agency retains the right to this material, and the client is prohibited from using these assets further.
5. Client Delays & Hold Periods
If the client’s delayed responses or failure to provide required materials leads to project delays, the agency reserves the right to adjust timelines without penalty. After 10 days of unresponsiveness, the agency may suspend or cancel services until communication is re-established. No refunds are provided for downtime due to client delays. Should the client request a temporary “hold” on services, a restart fee may be applied upon resuming work.
6. Ad Budget Management
The agency is not responsible for managing, adjusting, or refunding prepaid ad budgets on third-party platforms. The client bears full responsibility for any ad budgets, even if services are paused or canceled. Clients are encouraged to monitor their ad spend and make budget adjustments as needed.
7. Final Deliverables Upon Cancellation
Upon cancellation, the agency will provide any completed deliverables from the current billing period. However, no further work will be conducted, and any in-progress work will be paused indefinitely. For a smooth transition, the client is advised to provide the required cancellation notice, allowing the agency to deliver final work effectively.
8. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Clients agree not to disclose or share proprietary processes, strategies, or materials developed during the partnership. This agreement holds especially in cases where the cancellation leads to the client working with another agency or provider.
9. Privacy and Data Collection
Clients’ personal information is collected, processed, and stored as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Data may include analytics, cookies, and information submitted through forms. For further details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
10. Liability Limitations
PlanYu will not be held liable for disruptions or breaches caused by external factors or third-party platforms used during service delivery, including but not limited to payment processors or email service providers.
11. Governing Law and Legal Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of United States. In case of disputes, parties agree to resolve matters through mediation or arbitration before seeking litigation.
12. User Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for securing access credentials for platforms shared during projects. PlanYu is not liable for issues arising from unauthorized access caused by client negligence.
13. Revision of Terms
PlanYu reserves the right to modify these terms. Updates will be communicated via email or posted on our website, with a requirement for clients to review regularly.
14. Force Majeure Refunds
PlanYu is not liable for service disruptions due to unforeseeable events like natural disasters or technical outages. Refunds in such cases will be assessed individually.
15. Partial Deliverables
Upon cancellation, completed work will be provided. Partially completed tasks will not be further developed unless otherwise agreed upon.
16. Refunds Due to Agency Error
If errors occur due to PlanYu’s actions that affect project delivery, clients may request partial refunds for the impacted services.
